Od leta 2009 je Hrva\u0161ka zavezala, da odpiranje trga nepremi\u010dnin za dr\u017eavljane Evropske Unije, po podpisu Stabilizacijsko-Pridru\u017eitvenega Sporazuma, tako kot vsi dr\u017eavljani EU, se obravnavajo enako kakor dr\u017eavljani hrva\u0161ke, ko gre za nakup nepremi\u010dnine. Vendar pa obstajajo \u0161tevilni predpisi in zakoni, na Hrva\u0161kem, ki urejajo postopek pridobitve premo\u017eenja, lastni\u0161tva tujih pravnih in fizi\u010dnih oseb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vsi drugi tujci lahko tudi za nakup nepremi\u010dnine na Hrva\u0161kem, vendar zahtevajo odobritev Ministrstva za Pravosodje in Ministrstvo za Zunanje Zadeve.
